INVITATION FOR BIDS

Construction of 2 Storey Halfway Home Health Facility and 1 Storey Learning Center

Good Neighbors International Philippines Branch, Inc. (GNIP) hereby invites interested contractors for the Construction of the following in Gigmoto, Catanduanes

1. Two (2) Storey Halfway Home Health Facility and
2. One (1) Storey Learning Center

Interested Contractors are required to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) thru email attention to Mr. Arnel Salbatona at procurement@goodneighbors.ph not later than May 24, 2017. Bid Requirements can be obtained at Good Neighbors Gigmoto Field Office located at District II, Municipality of Gigmoto, Catanduanes. (Look for Ms. Mitos Mayor or Ms. Laisa Desolo). The cost of bid documents is Php2, 000.00/set. Other related documents like Instruction to Bidders and Proposals are downloadable at www.goodneighbors.ph

Bids in sealed envelopes must be reached to Good Neighbors International Philippines Head Office on May 29, 2017, 5:00 PM. A set of documents are also required for submission:

• Latest Audited Financial Statement;
• Company Profile with the list of completed and ongoing contracts;
• Government Permits (BIR, SEC, Mayor’s Permit),

Bid opening shall be on May 30, 2017.
